AquaEL FAN Micro Plus is an internal filter for small and smallest aquariums, aquaterrariums, paludariums, turtle tanks and other tanks with shallow water part.
Its special feature is the operation from a water depth of only 2 cm at a height of 9.7 cm!
Like all filters of the AquaEL FAN series, it is insensitive to soiling due to the suction pin which is completely enclosed by the filter sponge and requires (in relation to its size) only rare cleaning. The housing, made of sturdy plastic, protects the sponge and technology even from coarse inhabitants such as crabs and crabs.
Due to the sealed chamber of the pump head, the filter operates very quietly.
Despite its extremely compact dimensions, the AquaEL FAN Micro Plus creates a circulation capacity of 250 L/h, which is infinitely variable. Despite this passable filter performance, it is only recommended for pools up to 30 L. This against the background that the filter sponges are quite small and only allow a limited colonization of the useful \filter bacteria\. In basins where this plays no or only a subordinate role, the circulation is also sufficient for a larger number of litres.
As with all FAN models, the Micro Plus is supplied with the injector nozzle for air or CO2 injection. Besides the standard filter sponges, the AquaEL filter sponges CARBOMAX (with activated carbon) and PHOSMAX (for phosphate removal) are also available. Also the AquaEL Mini-UV-Sterilizer fits in case of need.
