ULTRAMAX is an innovative, technically advanced canister filter whose design is based on patented solutions that ensure exceptional comfort of use, perfect water purity and optimum water parameters even in the most demanding aquariums.

Exampleless performance - The ULTRAMAX filters have a high water flow rate (max. 1000 to 2000 l / h) and can work efficiently even in very large aquariums (up to 700 l). Since they are very large, they can also hold large quantities of filter media. The filter media are placed in practical ergonomic baskets with a capacity of 1.9 l each (depending on the model, the number of baskets is 3 to 5). This guarantees extremely efficient mechanical and biological filtration. The filters are supplied with a complete set of filter materials carefully selected to meet the requirements of a typical aquarium.
Built-in pre-filter - the first of its kind on the market The lid of each ULTRAMAX filter (with a capacity of approx. 0.6 l) contains a large sponge pre-filter. It is designed to collect mechanical impurities from the barrel before they can enter the filter. In this way, the pre-filter protects the unit from clogging, reducing the frequency of cleaning required to a minimum. Instead, it is sufficient to wash the prefilter sponge regularly in tap water. This only takes a few minutes and does not require the filter to be disconnected from the power supply or removed from the aquarium stand.
Exceptionally quiet operation: The excellent design of the pump rotor and rotor chamber - based on more than thirty years of AQUAEL'S engineering team experience - and the use of a ceramic rotor shaft result in virtually silent operation. For this reason, the filter can be used freely in any room, even in a bedroom.
Exceptionally low power consumption - AQUAEL cares about the natural environment and helps its customers save money. For this reason, the innovative ULTRAMAX filters consume very little energy, which means lower electricity costs for aquarium holders. The ULTRAMAX 2000 model consumes only 24 W per hour!
Operating Safety - The water inlets and outlets in ULTRAMAX filters are equipped with two highly reliable ball valves. The valves prevent even the smallest water leaks and allow the hoses to be easily and quickly disconnected from the filter when they need cleaning and maintenance.
The ULTRAMAX product line comprises three filter models (ULTRAMAX 1000, 1500 and 2000) with a throughput capacity from 1000 to 2000 l / h.
