The Hiwi 425 Profi is a high-quality CO2 system with noble glass components. You get the plant in different variants.

The professional pressure reducer already has a built-in check valve on the needle valve which protects the entire CO2 system. The adapter is firmly mounted on the pressure reducer.

The solenoid valve is connected to the same timer as the aquarium lighting and thus works as a night cut-off. This saves CO2 and ensures that the CO2 level does not rise too much at night when the plants cannot absorb CO2.

The big advantage of 425g water bubbler bottles is that they can be refilled in many more places than traditional aquarium CO2 bottles for relatively little money.

Hochwertiges Set für die Sodastreamflaschen
Ich möchte hier kurz meinen Ersteindruck von einer JBL zu der Hiwi CO2 Anlage schildern.
Nachdem ich zuvor eine JBL PROFLORA m501 Anlage für mein 190 Liter Aquarium besessen habe, hatte ich mir bei dieser statt einer neuen JBL CO2 Flasche direkt einen Adapter gekauft um die Mehrweg-Aluflasche 425 g daran anschließen zu können. Der Grund liegt auf der Hand, die Sodastreamflasche bekomme ich fast überall und auch an einem Feiertag am Kiosk.
Allerdings war das beim Flaschentausch schon recht fummelig alles dicht zu bekommen.
Im Nachhinein hätte ich mir den Adapter sparen können und direkt die CO2 Anlage von HIWI nehmen sollen. Dieses ist nach meinem persönlichen Empfinden um einiges hochwertiger als die von JBL.
Das sieht nicht nur wertiger aus, es fühlt sich auch so an und lässt sich zudem noch präziser einstellen.
Die Sodastreamflasche lässt sich von Hand und ohne Gewalteinwirkung auf Anhieb eindrehen und ist dicht.
Das beiliegende Zubehör aus Glas macht ebenfalls einen hochwertigeren Eindruck als das Plastikzubehör was bei der PROFLORA m501 von JBL dabei war.
Abgerundet wird das ganze durch eine sehr gute und vor allem verständliche Anleitung für das Set. Hier hat man sich richtig Mühe gemacht und ein Einsteiger würde damit auch klar kommen. Den Link dazu bekommt man nach dem Kauf von STATTRAND per Mail zugesendet.
Fazit. Wer mit dem Gedanken spielt, sich eine CO2 Anlage für sein Aquarium zuzulegen, dem kann ich dieses Set ans Herz legen. Absolut hochwertig und es funktioniert.
Alles rein meine persönliche Meinung, da ich selbst einen Vergleich ziehen kann. Und nein, ich wurde dafür nicht bezahlt
