The protein content is deliberately below 40% to counteract moulting problems due to excessive protein intake.

Fish meal and other inferior animal meal are not included in this NatureHolic quality product. TheProteins andAmino acids are only made ofInsects and microorganisms (bacteria and yeasts) won. Insects are particularly favoured due to the nutritionallyChitin which shrimps and crabs also use to build up tanks, and also because they use theSkinning and growth hormone Ecdyson. Ecdysone often has a strong positive effect on growth and moulting, as well as on the fertility of shrimps and crabs. The second protein source isBrewer's yeast extractdue to the abundance of nucleotides (i.e. building blocks of nucleic acids) and the phospholipid lecithin. These substances are central to theEgg training and theEiqualität.
If shrimp offspring \doesn't come up\, this is in many cases due to a lack of these important building blocks.

Furthermore, NatureHolic uses a specialMixture of trace elementswith bioavailableorganic mineral compoundswhich are directly available to the organism of shrimps and crabs as a building material. The valuable layered silicateMontmorillonit which can bind potential pollutants and pathogenic germs and therefore have a positive influence on the intestinal flora.

The soft feed pads sink quickly and are significantly more water stable than feed pastes. For feeding we still recommend our special shrimp feeding trays.

Feeding recommendationFeed 1-2 times a week as much as the animals can consume in a few minutes. Feed sparingly, usually a 5mm pad is sufficient for 15-25 shrimps.
