    Payment and shipping

    The following conditions apply:

    Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

    We calculate our shipping costs according to shipping categories.

    On each product you will find the marking "Brief" or "Paket" or "Spedition". 
    Orders that contain only one or more products marked "Brief" will be sent as a letter.
    Orders containing one or more products marked "Paket" will be sent as a parcel or "Deutsche Post Warenpost". This also applies to orders containing a mixture of "Paket" and "Brief" products. 
    Orders containing one or more products marked "Spedition" will be sent by forwarding agent. This also applies to orders containing a mixture of "Spedition" and "Paket"/"Brief". 

    Domestic deliveries (Germany): 
    The shipping costs for letter shipments are € 3.50.
    The shipping costs for parcel delivery are € 4.90.
    The shipping costs for freight forwarding amount to € 90.00.

    From an order value of € 60.00 in the dispatch categories letter dispatch or parcel dispatch, we deliver free of charge.

    Shipping to German islands is excluded.

    In addition, you always have the option of collecting the goods yourself free of charge. The goods are ready for collection within 1-2 working days. Please arrange a collection date with us by email.

    Deliveries to other EU countries:
    The shipping costs for letters are 8,- €.
    The shipping costs for parcels are 15,- €.
    The shipping costs for freight forwarding amount to 750,- €.

    Deliveries to non-EU countries in Europe:
    The shipping costs for letters are 8,- €.
    The shipping costs for parcels are 15,- €.
    Orders containing items marked "Spedition" will only be shipped within the EU.

    Countries outside Europe:
    The shipping costs for letters are 8,- €.
    Orders containing items marked "Spedition" or "Paket" will not be shipped outside Europe.

    Delivery times

    Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-3 days in Germany (Germany) and within 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract in the case of deliveries abroad (after the time of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment).
    Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
    If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

    If you collect the goods yourself, they are typically ready for collection the next working day. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. Please get in touch with us for an arrangement.

    - Cash payment at collection (only for "self collection")
    - Payment in advance by bank transfer
    - Payment by PayPal (not for "self collection")
    - Payment by PayPal Express (not for "self collection")
    - Payment by PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice if applicable, not for "self collection")
    - Payment via amazon payments
